I'm willing to create a clan named Majestique12 and have the tag [MJ12]. This clan will be a pirate clan with the Lane Hackers reputation and to own the Leiden Base, Galileo System.

Lane hackers eh, since theres only like 4 active players including yourself, lol, you might not get the needed amount. I could make one I guess, being in a clan would be fun. What is the best ship a lane hacker can have?

Lane Hackers use the Border Worlds ships (dagger, Stilleto, Sabre and Dromedary)
their guns aren't soo good so we will use other faction guns including nomad and those Class 10 wich you fiind in the wrecks, all guns you can use are from Lanhe Hackers allys
