Jolt FL Server Farwell

It was a great server.The birth place of my former clan, Ronins.

Now due to lack of players it has shutted down.

This is a severe blow for the community.Another server like Leipzig City is now down.

And there aren't so many new servers coming.

Slowly (as much as i don't want to say this but i have to) the Freelancer as a game is dying.

I will not let our server die aswell.I have alredy found a possible solution for Troy's Windows Server 2003.

I am waiting for his email answer.

Site will be transformed in the honor to Jolt.

due to lack of players Asgard RPG Server was shut down last month Sad

it's all going down, slowly, to bad, this is a great game

Maybe Infinity: The quest for Earth will replace Freelancer in my favourite list, but not sure.

We could try to make a stand alone MOD with FL files soo the game will remain for longer, I'm ready to help how I can, allthough I'm a noob when it comes to FL modding.

jeah, Infinity: Quest For Earth will be a great game, as other games i have found out of, but cant remember the name ^^ one of them was Jumpgate Evolution anyway XD

I didnt play there, but I am sorry for the server itself and for the players, I know how it can hurt if your homeserver goes offline. Sad

Actually i played under ronin tag on HC too.My clan name was Takamori.

Afaik now Jolt Admins give the server a 2nd try but will create a modification.

However, never saw you at HC but I joined later, in summer 07. The only ppl who I know who were Ronins are (damn-forgot-the-name - an older man) and (now) -]uSF[-Ryokai. I could send them greetings from you if you want to... Wink
