I worked some more and looked at some programs to kill off the Countdown.
So far it says no count down but its been a all out lie before and done non warning countdowns like last time.
But For now i restored the server and the remote Connect for Seth. So hopefully things will run ok from here.
Im Still in search for a someone willing to give or share a Windows Server 2003 (Or 2008) Key. A good key will be
better for keeping the grid up to date and will be less likely to break down. with a bad key its more likely to happen.

Im Sorry for the down time. and hope these new tweaks will help. at lest till i get another key.
